Texoma Medical Center is a 251-bed acute care hospital that has served our region since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Because of our location, our region can boast of a small-town atmosphere that is matched with the benefits of the big city.
TMC is accredited by The Joint Commission and is licensed by the state of Texas. Our medical staff is comprised of over 200 medical staff physicians that have access to the latest in technological innovations for the diagnosis and treatment of most acute clinical conditions. Since 2007, TMC has been owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., one of the nation’s largest and most respected healthcare management companies. UHS oversees 26 acute care hospitals that range in size from 96 beds to 400-plus beds, behavioral health care clinics, ambulatory surgery centers and radiation oncology units in more than 30 states and Puerto Rico.
Anticipating the coming growth of our region, a stellar 21st century hospital opened at the corner of US Hwy 75 and State Road 691in December of 2009. And now we’re looking to compliment our already experienced medical staff with new specialties and new physicians. To find out how you can become a part of our growth, please visit our "
